Last week VIR Valve Manufacturing celebrated its 15th anniversary. On this occasion our Managing Director, Ing. Giovannibattista Rizzio, expressed his gratitude to all the people who made it possible to achieve such an important milestone, and rewarded the longest-standing collaborators. In 2008 Ing. Giovannibattista Rizzio established an operating unit in Taizhou, China, followed soon afterwards in 2010 with the opening of a sales office in Shanghai, with the aim of creating a distribution network in China, which could always rely upon the logistics capacity of the Taizhou factory.

VIR EzPress Valves allow for a quicker and easier installation that the more traditional methods of soldering and threading, thus permitting you to complete the job faster and more efficiently. VIR EzPress Valves are available in several different connection combinations, in both DZR Brass and Bronze. For each model both V and M profiles are available and are compatible with most of the press tools available today on the market.

VIR is very proud to be a sponsor again this year of the famous Orta Festival, from July 1st to 16th. Orta Festival is now celebrating its 23rd edition on the picturesque setting of Lake Orta, a famous destination just west of Lake Maggiore and not far from our headquarters in Valsesia. Orta Festival is a classical music festival, internationally renowned. VIR once again confirms how much it cares about the community and its strong ties to the local area.

As with many airports today, Rome Fiumicino is in constant expansion. VIR has been supplying its products to these construction sites for over 15 years, actively contributing to the continuous development of this strategic airport.

Alla Centrale Nuvola Lavazza di Torino, l’11 maggio, si è tenuto un incontro con importanti esponenti del mondo industriale per festeggiare i 50 di attività di Confindustria Piemonte. A intervenire nel dibattito sul futuro dell’industria è stato chiamato anche il nostro Presidente Savino Rizzio uno dei past-president di Confindustria Piemonte. Un grazie sentito da tutta VIR per averci rappresentato con serietà e discrezione. Le sue parole sono da sempre un esempio per tutta l’azienda e ci motivano a fare il nostro meglio, ogni giorno, per il futuro della nostra realtà e del nostro Paese.

In 2010, VIR set up a sales office in Shanghai, named VIR Trading Shanghai Co. Ltd. to create a distribution network in China for high-quality and technology-intensive VIR products. VIR Trading Shanghai Co. Ltd. represents VIR’s sales division and logistic support for China and the ASEAN markets. We would like to thank all our colleagues around the world, especially our China team, who help us grow and strengthen the presence of VIR in the world.
