Torre UnipolSai in Milano is a 120 meter high office skyscraper with rooftop greenhouse garden, the first of its kind in Milano, and designed according to energy-efficient parameters, with double cavities along the outer walls for improved temperature regulation, solar panels and rain water storage. Construction started in 2017 and is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2023. We look forward to participating in the development of many more such prestigious projects in the future!
